Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Your satisfaction is our priority – we’ll make the process as smooth as a well-maintained engine.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Clearance items (marked “Final Sale” in product description)
  • Opened protective gear (helmets, gloves, etc.)
  • Personalized/custom products
  • Stacyc balance bikes with removed safety tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to get your return rolling:

  2. Wait for Approval – Our Rider Support Team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack Securely – Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

International Returns

For riders outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian/remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
