How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. For riding gear, we recommend checking the manufacturer’s specific measurements rather than your regular clothing size. When in doubt, our rider-support team at [email protected] can help you choose the right fit.
Do you carry safety-rated helmets?
Absolutely! We only stock helmets that meet or exceed safety standards. Look for DOT, ECE or SNELL certifications in our helmet descriptions. Our AGV selection in particular offers excellent protection technology.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), so please email [email protected] immediately if you need to make changes. Once your order ships, we can’t modify it but you can use our return process if needed.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our Columbus, Ohio headquarters, except to some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (orders over $50) with tracking

How can I get my gear faster?
Choose Standard Shipping and place your order before 2PM EST for possible same-day processing. International orders may still require customs clearance time.
Why is my international package delayed?
Customs processing varies by country and can add several days to delivery times. You’ll receive tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Not completely thrilled? We get it. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] to initiate a return. Items must be unused with original tags/packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We’ll provide a prepaid label in those cases.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Contact our rider-support team and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Availability of alternate sizes/colors isn’t guaranteed.
